It was on 25th April. I was preparing for my board exam. I was tired and thought that I would get some rest and do study after resting. I was just lying on the bed and after 5 minutes Ramraj came and called me to clean the water tank. I just ignored him and didn’t listen to him. After some time the bed was shaking so badly. I thought that Ramraj was doing it. I woke up and went straight to the door. I tried to open the door, but the door pushed me back. Then I thought it was an earthquake. I was crying so badly. Nirmala was there with me in the same room. She held me tight but I was still crying. After sometime we both went outside the gate. We saw that Dikshya and Anita were crying too. After 15 minutes Rohan came. We were sitting on the road. Rohan took us in an open place to make sure we were safe and ok.
We sat in an open place where lots of people were sitting. We were not having lunch so we were very hungry. Jalpa went to the shop and bought noodles for each of us. We sat there and ate noodles with our stingy hands. We all wanted to go and see around the place what has happened due to an earthquake, so Rohan took us to the vegetable market after 2 hours. People were in fear and some were injured. We came back to the Euro School and sat there. After some time Bec arrived and we were happy to see her. My fear was gone when I saw her. After few minutes, Bec and Rohan went inside the house to see whether it was ok to stay inside or not. When they came back they said that the house was not damaged but some cracks were seen. But the water tank was damaged. We all went inside the house and sat in the garden. Some of us went to prepare dinner. After having dinner we went to sleep on the living room.
